He did not act like an idiot, he acted like a medical practitioner. He wasn’t “stopped by cops” he was attacked by cops while trying to help someone else who was already on the ground. He had not pulled his gun, in fact the police likely did not know he had a gun (legally, by the way) until after they had murdered him. Your pretentious tag line (yes, I know what it means, I had a decade of Latin) is, I suppose, an attempt at covering up your stupidity. It fails.
